SEASONAL and YEAR ROUND SERVICE INCLUDES

• Interior and exterior residential or commercial property checks on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
  
• Storm checks after extreme weather conditions during contract period
  
• Thermostat, fuel level and other systems checked at each inspection
• 24/7 emergency response. (An additional charge may be required.)
  
• Property Watch log kept and updated at your property and Emergency contact information placed in a highly visible location
  
• Liaison with local contractors for any needed repairs.
  
• Fall and Spring checklists updated and emailed to clients.
  

Weekly or Bi-Weekly

You decide how often you would like us to check the property, weekly or bi-weekly.  Our standard fee for checking a residential property on a weekly basis is $125 per month or bi-weekly at $250.  Please ask for a quote for business and multiple property checks.

Peace of Mind

In the off season, or whenever you aren't around, we will perform regular checks to insure there is no weather, water, or animal damage to your home.  In the event that repairs are necessary we can act as a liaison, helping you to find contractors and providing them with access to the property with supervision as needed.

FAll and spring

In the Fall, when your season is over, we will help you shut down your property for the Winter, as necessary.  We will drain pipes, close up storm windows, set up trickle chargers for vehicles, and anything else needed to button down the hatches for the off season.  In the Spring we will turn it all back on, crank up the cars, and get you ready to move back in.

We know how the cape works

Being a life-long resident of North Truro, Joel knows how it works on the Cape.  Our first goal is to make sure nothing happens to your property, but in the event of damage to the property (via storm or other damage) he is well connected in the community, with many close ties to local contractors and artisans.  When a problem arises, he knows who to call to get your repairs completed as quickly (and reasonably) as possibly.
