GSA Property Management is owned and operated by Joel Grozier.  A lifelong Truro Resident, Mr. Grozier has deep ties to the community and many valuable professional relationships with local tradesmen and artisans.  He will watch out for your property as if it were his own, and you can rest assured knowing that if anything arises you will have a knowledgeable and capable Cape Codder to take care of everything for you.  

Skills & Abilities

Mr. Grozier is highly skilled in mechanical and electrical work, as well as having extensive knowledge of computers, and skills in carpentry and metal working.  He has been a personal home and Duneshack Caretaker for multiple clients for many years,  has many valuable contacts with local tradesman and artisans and is a life-long resident of North Truro, Cape Cod.

To provide seasonal or year round home and business inspection, caretaking, and consultation to property owners on Lower Cape Cod.

Education and Training

Joel began working at the age of 11, pumping gas in the Summer at Watts Service Station in North Truro.  He graduated from the Cape Cod Regional Tech School in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Repair in 1977.  He began working at Duarte Motors at age 18, doing basic car service and maintenance, and by 19 was promoted to “heavy work”, Engines and Transmissions. Since then, he has honed his many skills working full time for various local tradesmen and businesses, often holding down multiple jobs at once, culminating in owning his own full-service repair shop for the last 15 years.   He has been caretaking for a small number of people over the years, and is now in a position to take on a few more clients.
