Mr. Grozier is highly skilled in mechanical and electrical work, as well as having extensive knowledge of computers, and skills in carpentry and metal working.  He has been a personal home and Duneshack Caretaker for multiple clients for many years,  has many valuable contacts with local tradesman and artisans and is a life-long resident of North Truro, Cape Cod.

Leaving a vehicle on the Cape for the Winter?  We can set up trickle chargers for your garaged vehicles to insure the batteries are good come springtime!

Residential or Commercial

Residential rates start at $125 per month for weekly checks and $250 per month for bi-weekly. You may request a quote for multiple or business property rates.  SAVE on MULTIPLE properties! ​

All You Need to Succeed

We also provide liaison services with local contractors and tradesmen.  We can let in the plumber, supervise the work, and lock up after they are gone!  An additional fee may be required for lenthy work, but small repairs that take a short time will fall under the monthly fee umbrella.

Joel has a plethora of handy skills, so contractors will only be an option for larger repair work.  But on the Cape, it's good to know who's who, and after being in business on the Cape for the last few decades, Joel is well aware of what services are offered here, and how the best providers are.
